• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• In case of severe shipping delays, please contact us with your order number so we can coordinate with the carrier and supplier. Minor packaging wear from international transit does not qualify as damage. If the product itself arrives defective or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for assistance.
