If a return is approved by our customer service, please follow the instructions provided. Please note:

The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is proven to be caused by the supplier or logistics provider.

Returns are processed to overseas warehouses, which may take longer than local returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
